Design of digital identity
The challenge
As a newly established optical fibre broadband provider, Kazoom needed help to establish their design and identity digitally. Overall, Kazoom called for a visual and communicative identity matching their concept, as well as consultancy and development of campaigns and media choices in the launch of their 1000/1000 optical fibre broadband. In addition to the design and digital appearance, Kazoom needed to create awareness and sales of their product.
The solution
The unique design we have created helps to express Kazoom’s identity via their website. In the design we have worked with graphical elements illustrating speed with the purpose to create a connection between the visuals and the product itself. The use of playful characters supports an informal and humorous universe and a quirky and low-key tone of voice. Kazoom’s optical fibre broadband is available in the easten Jutland and we have therefore segmented and targeted the communication locally with the focus on creating a personal and close connection to the target audience in the specific cities. This has been achieved by using outdoor advertisement on selected buses and bus stops as well as radio speaks for local channels. To create even more awareness around the brand we have additionally run campaigns on digital media platforms such as Google ads, Facebook, Instagram and pre-roll on Youtube - where we have, among other things, created the campaign: “For you who can do without…”. Additionally we have continuously acted as a media consultant advising, supporting and placing a widespread of solutions across media channels and digital platforms.
